Hello, I'm Julie!

I am the owner and operator of Petit Bijou.

Small toy dog breeds have always been my passion. They are the ideal match for my lifestyle and are conveniently small enough to accompany me anywhere. Their compact size is perfect for small living spaces such as apartments and tiny houses. As a dedicated member of the Biewer Terrier Club of America, I engage actively with my breed through confirmation events, educational seminars, and training sessions. We are looking forward to participating in dog sports in the near future.

We reside in a quaint, tranquil farm town within Anderson County, South Carolina. My dogs live with me at home, and I whelp all puppies in my bedroom to ensure constant supervision. The puppies are raised indoors and sleep in my bedroom until they're ready for their forever homes. Our property includes a spacious dog room with access to a fenced area through doggy doors, allowing the dogs ample space to run, play, and relax. I place a strong emphasis on socialization and temperament in my breeding program to ensure the highest quality. The dogs and puppies enjoy frolicking beneath the pecan trees' shade and cooling off near the creek's mist.
